Welcome to the first post on my first (and only?) blog! Although I have followed several blogs for a few years now (and thoroughly enjoyed reading them), I have never felt compelled to publish one of my own. I admit that it was kind of fun setting this up, but will I want to become a "blogger in real life"? The jury is still out on that one...
Week 1 - Thing 1 -- iGoogle was not new to me, but I did play around a bit with my existing iGoogle page, updating, adding and rearranging content. I have the library intranet page set as my homepage, and have iGoogle as an optional tab -- gotta be able to easily check the Quote of the Day and temperatures across Canada, after all.
Week 2 - Thing 2 = Done, and Week 2 - Thing 3 will be completed after I post this.
I look forward to learning about many of the Things to come -- particularly those which are completely foreign to me. I'm glad "I" decided to participate in the program -- thanks for the nudge...you know who you are!
